Savox Delsar Life Detector LD3 (6 Sensors) is a seismic-acoustic listening system designed to detect and locate live victims in demanding rescue conditions. The system is used and trusted by professional rescue organizations worldwide, including FEMA, SUSAR, and USAR units.
The Delsar LD3 is suitable for use in situations such as building collapses, earthquakes, explosions, landslides, mining accidents, and cave emergencies. The system can be equipped with up to six sensors, providing a wide search area and accurate victim location.
Operating Principle and Use
The Delsar LD3 turns an entire collapsed structure into a highly sensitive “microphone” that detects sounds and vibrations caused by trapped victims. Seismic and acoustic sensors detect these vibrations and convert them into both audible and visual signals for the operator.
The system is robust and reliable by design and is intended for extended continuous use in demanding disaster and rescue environments.
